  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5 business days.
